My background is technical: 14 years in geospatial analysis and market research, understanding how satellite imagery, infrastructure pipelines and spatial datasets tell you what a location will become before the market figures it out. I spent years doing this kind of work for industries where being wrong is expensive. That rigour is what I brought to real estate when I founded Estate Grid.
